My Story
Ahmed White is the James E. Jones Jr. Professor of Law at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, where he has lived since 2024. A graduate of Southern University and Yale Law School, he has also taught at the University of Colorado-Boulder, Northwestern University, and Villanova University. His teaching and writing focus on labor and criminal law and he has emerged as a leading authority on the history of class violence and repression in twentieth century America.
